Terms of Service
Read the BCKLNX Terms of Service, including service scope, project approval, payments, content responsibilities, confidentiality, and limitation of liability.
Overview
These Terms of Service govern the use of the BCKLNX website and the provision of services by BCKLNX LLC.
By accessing the website, submitting a request, communicating with BCKLNX, or purchasing services from BCKLNX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with any applicable project-specific written terms, policies, order confirmations, briefs, or service agreements.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use the website or request services from BCKLNX. A radical approach, perhaps, but still the cleanest one.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply to:
- visitors to the website,
- clients requesting or purchasing services,
- publishers or partners contacting BCKLNX,
- and any other person interacting with BCKLNX through the website or related business communication.
Additional project-specific terms may apply where services are provided in connection with:
- an order confirmation,
- a campaign brief,
- a separate service agreement,
- a publisher agreement,
- or other written commercial terms.
Where such project-specific terms explicitly conflict with these Terms of Service, the specific written terms will govern to the extent of that conflict.
2. Scope of Services
BCKLNX provides managed SEO outreach, publication placement coordination, content writing, publisher communication, and related commercial support services.
The exact scope of services may vary by project and may include:
- website sourcing,
- outreach management,
- placement coordination,
- content preparation or adaptation,
- publication workflow support,
- campaign-related operational support,
- other agreed execution services.
BCKLNX provides services as an independent service provider.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, BCKLNX does not provide:
- legal advice,
- tax advice,
- financial advice,
- regulatory advice,
- guarantees of specific ranking results,
- guarantees of permanent placement,
- guarantees of indexation,
- unrestricted access to internal sourcing systems or publisher relationships.
Any description of services on the website is general in nature and may be refined or limited in practice depending on project specifics.
3. Project Requests and Approval
Any request submitted to BCKLNX is subject to review and acceptance.
A project is not deemed accepted merely because:
- a message has been sent,
- a discussion has started,
- a website has been mentioned,
- a quote has been discussed,
- or a preliminary response has been provided.
A project may be considered accepted only when BCKLNX confirms, in writing or through clear operational conduct, that the request is moving forward under sufficiently defined terms.
Project acceptance may depend on:
- service fit,
- publisher compatibility,
- clarity of scope,
- payment status,
- content feasibility,
- operational practicality,
- legal or compliance considerations,
- and other relevant factors.
BCKLNX reserves the right to decline or not proceed with any request at its discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and sufficient information necessary for project execution.
This may include:
- correct website or target URL information,
- topic direction,
- commercial context,
- content input where applicable,
- timely approvals,
- timely responses,
- and any other project-critical materials or instructions.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that:
- they have the right to use the target page, brand, or promoted material,
- submitted materials do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights,
- their instructions are lawful and commercially legitimate,
- their use of BCKLNX services complies with applicable law.
BCKLNX is not responsible for delays, errors, or project disruption caused by incomplete, inaccurate, contradictory, or late client-side information.
5. Content and Client Materials
Where content is supplied by the client, the client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and appropriateness of that content.
Where content is prepared by BCKLNX, such content is prepared based on the project brief, available information, publisher compatibility, and agreed scope.
BCKLNX may:
- request revisions,
- decline to use client-supplied content,
- adapt materials where agreed,
- or refuse content that does not meet practical, editorial, legal, or operational standards.
The client remains responsible for reviewing final deliverables where approval is required before publication.
BCKLNX does not guarantee that any particular article, format, or draft will be accepted by a third-party publisher without edits, adjustments, or publisher-side conditions.
6. Publisher-Side Fulfillment
Many BCKLNX services depend on third-party publishers, site owners, media partners, or contractors.
Accordingly, execution may be affected by:
- publisher availability,
- editorial rules,
- pricing changes,
- technical requirements,
- publication timing,
- content acceptance,
- link conditions,
- and other third-party factors beyond BCKLNX’s direct control.
BCKLNX coordinates placement opportunities and publication workflows as a service, but does not control the internal decisions of third-party publishers.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, BCKLNX does not guarantee:
- that a specific publisher will accept a submission,
- that a selected publisher will not change terms,
- that a placement will remain live indefinitely,
- that an article will be indexed,
- that a previously approved opportunity will remain available at a later time.
7. Payments
Clients agree to pay BCKLNX according to the pricing and payment terms confirmed for the relevant project.
Payment may be required:
- in advance,
- in part before execution,
- by milestone,
- or under other agreed commercial terms.
BCKLNX reserves the right to suspend, delay, or refuse execution until required payment has been received and confirmed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments are made to BCKLNX for services and deliverables provided by BCKLNX, not as held funds or as a pass-through payment service on behalf of the client.
All transfer fees, currency conversion costs, processing charges, or similar external costs may be handled according to the agreed project terms or the practical payment method used.
8. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are not automatic and may be offered only in defined circumstances.
BCKLNX may, at its discretion and depending on project circumstances, offer:
- a refund,
- a partial refund,
- a replacement placement,
- a project credit,
- or another commercially reasonable resolution.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- whether execution has started,
- whether content has been prepared,
- whether external costs have been incurred,
- whether publisher terms changed,
- whether an alternative opportunity is available,
- and what written terms apply to the project.
Additional details may be governed by the applicable Payment and Refund Policy or project-specific written terms.
9. Confidentiality
BCKLNX may treat as confidential:
- internal sourcing methods,
- publisher relationships,
- pricing structures,
- negotiation history,
- project workflows,
- non-public business information,
- client communications,
- contractor and partner structures.
Clients and partners are expected to treat non-public information received from BCKLNX as confidential where its nature reasonably indicates confidentiality.
BCKLNX is not obligated to disclose:
- internal databases,
- publisher-side sourcing methods,
- internal commercial arrangements,
- proprietary workflow systems,
- or other internal business assets not expressly included in the service.
This section does not limit disclosures required by law, regulation, court order, or reasonably necessary professional compliance.
10. Anti-Circumvention
Where BCKLNX introduces, coordinates, or makes available a publisher opportunity, business contact, or project structure as part of its services, such effort forms part of the commercial value of the service.
Clients may not, without prior written agreement, intentionally use BCKLNX-provided access, coordination, or opportunity sourcing to bypass BCKLNX in a way that defeats the economic purpose of the service relationship.
Project-specific agreements may contain additional anti-circumvention language, duration, or enforcement terms.
This section exists because people occasionally confuse “being introduced to an opportunity” with “now I no longer owe the person who did the work anything.” A charming instinct, but not one we encourage.
11. Intellectual Property
The BCKLNX website, branding, structure, copy, and non-public business materials are owned by or used under authority of BCKLNX unless otherwise stated.
Project-specific deliverables may be subject to separate ownership, usage, or license terms depending on:
- the type of content,
- whether payment has been completed,
- whether the deliverable is a draft or final version,
- and what written project terms apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- BCKLNX retains rights in its internal methods, systems, templates, and business assets,
- clients receive the practical benefit of the agreed deliverables for the relevant project,
- unpublished drafts, rejected materials, and internal coordination materials do not automatically transfer as unrestricted property.
12. Service Refusal and Suspension
BCKLNX reserves the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate services where:
- a project does not fit the service scope,
- the topic is excluded,
- payment is not completed,
- required materials are not provided,
- the client acts abusively or unreasonably,
- legal, banking, compliance, or reputational concerns arise,
- third-party publisher conditions make execution impractical,
- the project materially changes after acceptance,
- or continuation would otherwise be commercially or operationally unreasonable.
Suspension or refusal of service does not automatically create a refund obligation where work has already been performed or costs have already been incurred.
13. Disclaimers
BCKLNX provides services on a commercially reasonable basis, using practical coordination and operational judgment.
However, the website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as applicable” basis to the extent permitted by law.
BCKLNX does not warrant that:
- the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free,
- services will always be available for every request,
- every target publisher or website will remain available,
- every placement goal can be achieved,
- or any project will generate a specific SEO, traffic, revenue, or ranking outcome.
The client is responsible for evaluating whether the service suits their business objectives.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCKLNX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the website, the services, a project, or any third-party publishing outcome.
This includes, without limitation:
- lost profits,
- lost business opportunities,
- lost rankings,
- lost traffic,
- reputational effects,
- business interruption,
- or third-party conduct beyond BCKLNX’s direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCKLNX’s aggregate liability arising out of a specific project or service relationship shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to BCKLNX for the specific service directly giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing Terms and Interpretation
These Terms of Service apply to the extent permitted by law and should be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with the service model described on the website and in project communications.
Where a project-specific written agreement exists, that agreement may govern the specific project relationship in more detail.
If any part of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in effect to the extent possible.
Failure by BCKLNX to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.
16. Changes to These Terms
BCKLNX may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The current version should be posted on the website. Continued use of the website or continued interaction with BCKLNX after updated Terms are posted may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Clients with ongoing project-specific agreements may also be governed by the version or terms specifically agreed for their projects.
17. Contact About These Terms
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, you may contact BCKLNX using the contact details provided on the website.
To help us assess a contractual or service-related question efficiently, it is useful to include:
- your name or company name,

Clarity continues to outperform confusion, despite the market’s best efforts.
